This policy describes the information Hire My AI Coach processes, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.

- Account identity, such as name, email, provider identifier, and sign-in sessions.
- Resume content and role, skill, domain, project, and experience context inferred from it.
- Microphone audio during recording or an active listening session.
- Local voice sample and speaker representation used for candidate voice protection.
- Transcripts, generated answers, session timing, purchased minutes, store transactions, and limited security diagnostics.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate you, personalize interview context, transcribe speech, distinguish the enrolled candidate voice, generate suggested answers, meter usage by second, verify purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Audio and voice protection
Live audio is sent through the configured speech-recognition service only while listening is active. The 30-second candidate sample and speaker embedding are kept on your device for the current session and deleted when the session is cleared. Voice matching is probabilistic. We do not sell voice data or use it for advertising.
Storage, providers, and retention
Active resume intelligence and conversation context are short-lived and expire or are removed when a session ends. Infrastructure, identity, app-store billing, speech-recognition, and AI providers process only what is needed for their function. Purchase and usage records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, tax, and legal compliance.
Your choices
Inside the app you can export available account data, clear interview content, report an AI answer, revoke microphone permission in device settings, and delete your account. Account deletion removes sign-in identities and personal interview content; restricted transaction records may remain where legally required.
