- Open Hire My AI Coach and sign in.
- Open Account or Settings.
- Select Legal, privacy & support.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the retention notice, type DELETE, and confirm.
If you cannot access the app
Email hello@hiremyaicoach.app from the email associated with your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send identity documents unless support specifically requests an approved verification method.
What is deleted
Sign-in identities and sessions, profile contact data, active resume context, interview sessions, transcripts, generated answers, voice artifacts held by the service, consent records, AI reports, and unused account minutes are removed or made inaccessible.
Limited records we may retain
Restricted store transaction, usage, refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention, tax, and deletion-audit records may be retained where required. They are not used to recreate your interview profile or for advertising.
