Payments are processed by the store where you purchased your interview minutes.

Apple controls payment and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase, and submit your request.
Google Play
Google controls Play Store payment and refund decisions. Use Google Play order history or Google Play support with the Google Account that made the purchase.
Charged but no minutes?
Email hello@hiremyaicoach.app with the store, approximate purchase time, and order or transaction identifier. Never send card details, passwords, or one-time codes.
Reversals
If Apple or Google reports a refund, chargeback, cancellation, or revoked transaction, unused minutes credited by that transaction may be removed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
