Effective 4 September 2026Delivery timing
After a successful payment is verified, purchased minutes are ordinarily credited to the account used at checkout immediately. Bank, payment-provider, network, or security checks can occasionally delay confirmation.
If access is delayed
If your payment shows as successful but the minutes are not available within 24 hours, email hello@hiremyaicoach.app with the account email, approximate payment time, amount, and transaction identifier. Never send card details, passwords, or one-time codes.
Availability
The desktop application requires a compatible device, internet connection, account, and relevant microphone or system-audio permissions. Service availability is not a promise of any interview outcome.
